These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the DynFleet marketing website and any related services offered by DynFleet Intelligence, Inc. ("DynFleet," "we," "us"). By using our site or services, you agree to these Terms.

Website use

You may use our public website for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in violation of our robots rules, misrepresent your affiliation with DynFleet, or use the site to distribute malware or spam.

Information and sign-up

Content on this site describes our product direction and is not a binding offer. Pilots, sign-ups, and paid subscriptions may be subject to separate order forms, data processing terms, or service agreements that prevail if they conflict with these Terms.

Intellectual property

DynFleet owns the site content, branding, and software, except for third-party materials we license. You receive a limited right to access the site for its intended purpose. Our intelligence engine, models, and non-public documentation remain our confidential property.

Disclaimers

The website and any preview or beta services are provided "as is." Operational outlooks and recommendations are decision support tools—not a substitute for qualified inspection, OEM guidance, or professional judgment. You remain responsible for safe operation of your assets.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DynFleet will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the website or services. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the website is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify DynFleet against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms or discontinue parts of the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms or poses risk to others.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your jurisdiction. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
